Don Kohlman, the president, has an extensive background in Marine Engine, Outdrive and Boat System Repairs, as he's been a Marine Service Technician since 1987. For almost 40 years now, He has held certifications in Mercury Outboards, Mercruiser Sterndrives & Inboard engines, Volvo Penta Engines, Sterndrives & Diesel engines, Yamaha, Yanmar and Westerbeke to name a few. 

Don had also taught over a 15 year period, a Marine Service Technician Course, at a local, Post-Secondary Vocational School where he helped over 120 students secure jobs in the Marine Industry. Some of those very students are on Our Team now and also holding Certifications in Yamaha Outboards, Suzuki Outboards, Honda Outboards, Mercury Outboards & Mercruiser Sterndrives & Inboard engines. With collective experience of over 180 years, we can help you get the Right Answers you need to Help you fix your boat, The First Time.

Although we plan on offering fully remote Modules, there is our "Tech Hotline" for Students & Members to be able to communicate directly with Don and his Techs when you are in a Jam!
